We’re so impressed by their great customer service. I spoke with 3 staff members as my daughter’s prescription just got transferred here and I had many questions. Everyone of these staff are very patient, professional and kind.
They went out of their way to make sure my daughter would use the most freshly made solution and also called me to advise on keeping it cool during the long travel. This company seems to care about their customers’ wellbeing and the quality of its products. Our optometrist’s office also told me that they like Baylife’s service better than previous pharmacies.
